If you have your own equipment, you're welcome to bring them. If not, we'll provide gloves and wraps. We also have complimentary towels for you. 

We offer an Exploration Class for complete beginners. Feel free to inform your assigned coach of your experiences, injuries, and goals you'd like to achieve.

The intensity of each session will be adjusted as necessary.

We hold weekly Partner Drill Classes exclusive to our members. They are held every Wednesday (9-10 P.M.) and Saturday (8-9 A.M.). Classes are led by Head Coach Ernest and are capped at 8 people.

Absolutely! We’ve had members represent Resolve in competitions.
