Ernest Tang
Ernest spent 12 years being a consultant in the legal industry until martial arts changed his life after his first fight in 2013.
Adhering to a Kaizen approach to competition, Ernest has competed over 30 various fights in Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA.
He believes martial arts not only serves as a philosophy for self-improvement, self-learning and self-discipline, but also improves one’s lifestyle physically and mentally.
It is now Ernest’s mission to change his client’s lives through martial arts. -
King Cheung
King has trained in various martial arts since 2019, and has competed in over 30 matches.
His primary disciplines include MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, Jiujitsu, and Wrestling. He is eager to share the techniques and keys to success in these arts.
King believes that spreading the spirit of martial arts throughout the community can have a positive impact on both physical and mental health, bringing joy and well-being to people's lives. -
Vincent Sit
With over 15 years of Jiu-Jitsu experience, Vincent has competed across the USA and the Asia-Pacific region and currently holds a 2nd-degree Brown Belt. In 2019, he was selected to represent Hong Kong in an international competition held in Mongolia.
In addition to Jiu-Jitsu, he has a strong passion for Muay Thai kickboxing, and is a Certified Personal Trainer. -
Bryan Lam
Bryan has competed professionally in over 20 matches in the UK and Hong Kong. He represented his university and county in boxing and kickboxing.
After graduating, he worked in the legal field. Now, he spreads his philosophy of work-life balance and all-rounded living style through coaching by aiding his clients with their diet and training. -
Draco Yip
Draco has an impressive competition background under his belt. He has won in various kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA competitions locally and abroad from as early as 2017.
He utilises years of competitive experience to inspire clients throughout their transformation within and beyond the training grounds. -
Nick Lau
Nick has been professionally training in Western boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazillian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) since 2005. He has also participated in the Amateur Boxing Competition and Copa De Hong Kong in BJJ.
He is a strong advocate of exercise being a part of life, that no one can maintain a high quality of life without it.
As his slogan goes: "Exercise is already a part of your life!" -
Cookie Wong
Cookie has been a professional Muay Thai fighter for over a decade with over 30 competitions under her belt in Muay Thai, MMA, boxing, and kickboxing. Her coaching experience spans over 10 years.
Competing and coaching aside, she is one of the Board Of Directors for the Hong Kong Muaythai Association.
Her passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way. She believes everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out. -
Hoka Wong
Hoka has been competing in Muay Thai and Boxing events in Hong Kong, China, and Macau since 2012.
She offers weight and HIIT training, nutrition consultations, individual/group training, and stretching sessions.

Queenie Law
Queenie has an ongoing 8 years experience as a martial arts instructor, specialising in Muay Thai. She is also the sole Kali coach at Resolve—a weapons-based Filipino martial arts.
With diverse specialities, she brings a unique approach to her classes. Every client is guaranteed to feel healthy and energised after each session.

Dan Ho
Coach Dan is well-versed in MMA, having competed in a series of tournaments—all of which he has won.
With his extensive knowledge and competition experience, he aims to guide his clients in achieving a healthy state of mind and body through martial arts. -
Jason Lam
Jason is well-versed in various martial arts disciplines, such as: Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and Karate. He has been an active participant in various championships across Hong Kong for over 10 years.
He hopes to share his knowledge in martial arts and inspire his clients on their pursuit of health, fitness, and discipline. -
Harry Yau
Harry has had over 10 years of competition experience under his belt since 2013. He has won championships and has a burning passion for the arts.
He specialises in boxing, shoot boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, and Sanda.

Canny Lau
Since 2022, Canny has competed in over 10 Muay Thai events, including in-house fights. As a fighter, she intimately understands the importance of physical fitness, muscle strength, and technical skills in the ring.
In addition to teaching technical Muay Thai techniques, she also incorporates targeted fitness, weight training, and stretching components into each lesson.
